BACKGROUND
Goshen Children’s Home, Inc., is a non-profit organization that started in 1997. A task force was created in Janesville to provide a place for children with needs for supervision and structure not normally found in a foster home or home setting. Goshen provides 24-hour care and nurturing for up to eight children in a safe and empowering environment. every member of the organization must at all times, respect the human dignity of the individuals served by us. We will strive to create an environment that will encourage the children served to view themselves as unique, worthwhile individuals who have choices to make that will have consequences on themselves and others. One of the primary objectives of our organization is to create an environment that will encourage young people to think responsibly rather than impulsively.
